MOMMY STRONG SUMMER WORKOUTS 

Join us for MOMMY STRONG IN THE PARK every Wednesday at 10:30 am at Murray Hill Park!

This postpartum strength and cardio group fitness class is designed to help you rebuild your core strength, improve posture, and feel strong and fierce again after having a baby.

Babies are welcome but not required.

Please bring water and a yoga mat.

Check the map for the meeting point. $20 per class - drop-ins welcome.
