All about Mel

Hey, I’m Mel — your go-to coach for real-life fitness.

I didn’t grow up in the gym. I found fitness after having kids — when I was tired, overwhelmed, and didn’t feel like myself anymore.
Now, in my 40s, I’m in the best shape of my life — and I even landed on the cover of STRONG Fitness Magazine (proof that it’s never too late to rewrite your story).

I’m a second-degree black belt in Tang Soo Do and a certified coach in pre/postnatal fitness, body transformation, and menopause. I’m also obsessed with all things strength — kettlebells, dumbbells, barbells, TRX — if it builds muscle and confidence, I’m in.

I help busy moms lose fat, build strength, and feel strong again — with workouts and habits that actually fit your life (because I know “mom time” is a whole different thing).

No extremes. No guilt. Just real results, one doable step at a time.

I want to help moms everywhere feel strong, energized, and confident in their own skin—without guilt, extremes, or perfection.
I want every woman to know that it's never too late to start, that real change is possible in the chaos of mom life, and that fitness can be a source of joy, not stress.

Through realistic coaching, honest connection, and strength-focused movement, I’m here to redefine what healthy looks like for moms—and to remind you that you’re worth the effort.
