Does this sound like a typical day for you?

 

  • You rush through mornings, downing coffee while getting your kids ready and packing lunches. After dropping them off, you grab a donut or skip breakfast altogether.

  • Lunch is whatever you find at the cafeteria or pantry. On a good day, it's a salad; on a bad day, it's more coffee and Lipton soup. Then you pick up the kids, feeling ready for a nap, not sure how you'll be the happy mom they deserve.

  • At home, everyone is cranky, and you end up serving chicken nuggets and pasta with butter for dinner. You pass out while reading to your kids, wake up hungry, and raid the pantry for chips.

  • When you finally go to bed, you promise to "do better tomorrow." So you wake up extra early for cardio to burn off those chips—and you're even more tired that afternoon.

You know that this isn't a healthy and sustainable way to live.

You know that you are running yourself into the ground.

You know that you are not setting a great example for your kids.

 

You just want to have that energy back that you had pre-kids... but where did that go?!

I get it because I used to be that Mom - one step away from burnout and feeling so stuck.

 

I was tired all the time and could never get rid of those 5 extra pounds. I used sugar and coffee to stay somewhat energized, and in the evening chips and wine were my wind down companions. I lived like this until I was tired of being tired, and fed up with being fed up.

 

I dug myself out of this hole, and now I want to help you do the same!

I discovered... it really isn't that complicated! You just need to focus on a few key things that make the world of difference.

There is no magic pill, no magic drink, and deep down you know that more coffee for sure won't solve this problem! I made some simple changes to my nutrition and movement that added up to big results.
