I’m Mel Hagn, a certified personal trainer and nutrition coach who’s passionate about helping busy moms feel like their best and most fierce selves without sacrificing the things they love.
I spent years struggling with my health journey, doing hours of cardio and HIIT classes, trying any and every workout app, depriving myself all week, and letting way too loose once the weekend hit. This struggle led me to years of frustration, which is why I'm so passionate about helping other mamas have balance.
The approach I use with my clients combines effective workouts with sustainable nutrition – and still allows for pizza nights and wine with friends. All mamas need that!
As a mom of two, I understand the challenges of balancing family, work, and self-care. That’s why my coaching style is fun, supportive, and always has a splash of humor. I believe every mama deserves to feel strong, confident, and empowered in their body, without giving up the things they love!
My goal is to help you achieve lasting results through small, sustainable changes.
